Every city leaves something behind. The music begins long before the first track.

Travel has changed the way I hear music.

Every place carries its own rhythm. Not just musically, but emotionally. A city has a pulse that’s completely different from a beach at sunset. The energy of London asks different questions than Ibiza. Paris moves differently to Mykonos. None of them are better than the other—they simply ask you to listen differently.

Playing in those places isn’t just about the performance. It’s about observing everything around it.

The conversations before a show.

The walk through unfamiliar streets.

The quiet moments after everyone has gone home.

Those experiences rarely become songs immediately.

They settle.

When I return to the studio, I find myself processing everything I’d seen, heard and felt while travelling. A melody reminds me of a coastline. A lyric captures a conversation I’d almost forgotten. A vocal takes on a different meaning because of a place I visited months earlier.

That’s why travel matters to my music.

Not because it gives me ideas, but because it changes the way I experience the world.

Every journey eventually finds its way into a song.
